HIRING TEACHERS – START YOUR CAREER THIS SPRING
If you’re graduating this May with a degree in education (or a related field), or you’re already teaching and looking for a better environment, read this carefully.
At the Primrose School of Burlington, we’ve built a teaching model designed for real support, real development, and long-term success in the classroom.
What your first year actually looks like:
You are never teaching alone.
Every classroom has two co-teachers equal partners with shared ownership, shared voice, and shared responsibility. From your first day, you are working alongside another professional, not left to figure it out on your own.

You have built-in support every day.
Each classroom also has a dedicated support teacher who knows your students and routines. They cover your breaks, your planning time, and your time off so your classroom stays consistent and you stay supported.

You have a coach from day one.
Every teacher is paired with a dedicated education coach. This is not occasional feedback—it’s daily guidance, modeling, and real-time support. Whether you’re just starting your career or continuing to grow it, you will have someone actively developing you as a teacher every day.

You learn how to teach while you teach.
If you are newly graduating or working toward EEC certification, we will guide you through the process and support your development in the classroom. You are not expected to have everything figured out we provide the structure to get you there.

Your planning stays at work.
We protect your planning time within your scheduled hours. You are not expected to take work home. Your evenings and weekends stay yours.

You never pay for your classroom.
All materials, curriculum, and supplies are fully provided.
